thunder.jpg

Red sky at morning, sailors take warning, until the red fades to grey and black and indigo blue, at which point, be afraid. There is a hum in the air, a sensation of electricity prickling down the mast and through the planks under your feet as the waves begin to pitch and swell all the greater. Then, you hear it. The sound of thunder at sea is a sign of a storm, and a sign of a storm is a sign that Calypso is awake.
